Centered by a 5 mm round blue moonstone, Aaliyah is framed by a half-moon arrangement of diamonds that curves around one side of the center stone. The asymmetrical halo gives the design a distinctive celestial feel, with approximately 0.07 ct of diamonds adding brightness around the moonstone.
