    Step 1: Share your vision

    Fill out the form with your ideas and we will respond within 1–2 business days.

    Step 2: Quote & approval

    We send a quote covering materials, stones, and timeline. Once you approve, a deposit secures your spot.

    Step 3: 3D design preview

    Receive your 3D CAD rendering within 7 business days, with two revision rounds included before production begins.

    Step 4: Final approval & production

    Once you sign off on the final design, the remaining balance is paid in full and our jewelers begin handcrafting your piece.

    Step 5: Crafted & delivered

    Your piece is completed over 4–7 weeks and shipped worldwide with tracking and signature on delivery.
