Your order will be shipped through our standard shipping service, complete with tracking numbers and insurance. We use the Swedish national post service (Postnord) to ship your order, which will be traceable through your local post office, such as USPS, Royal mail, Canada Post, Deutsche Post, etc.

  • USA and Canada: 6-10 business days
  • Australia and NZ: 8-14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 8-14 business days

For orders above $750USD:

Your order will be shipped via DHL, a trusted and reliable carrier. Your order will be fully insured and traceable, ensuring that it arrives to you safely and securely. You can easily track your order online through DHL’s website or by using the link provided in your shipping notification email.

  • USA and Canada: 4-8 business days

For customers who require expedited shipping, we offer DHL Express Service at checkout for an additional cost of $60USD. This service is perfect for those who need their order delivered quickly and securely.

  • The rest of the world: 4-7 business days

Please note the express shipping does not affect the production time ( 4-6 weeks )

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Domestic orders
All domestic orders are shipped through Postnord and will be delivered to the nearest service point for pick up.

Redelivery
If the shipment arrives at your address but cannot be delivered due to personal reasons, such as an incorrect address or absence of the receiver, the buyer must take responsibility and contact their local post office to resolve the issue. If the shipment is sent back to us, please let us know immediately so we can monitor the situation. Please note that a redelivery fee will be required and the item will only be scheduled for redelivery once we receive it back.
