Production before shipping
Many of our pieces and services are prepared especially for you. Production times vary by product and are listed on each individual product page.
For physical products, shipping begins only after production is complete. The delivery estimates below refer to shipping time only and do not include production time.
Shipping for orders below $850 USD
Orders below $850 USD are shipped using our tracked and insured standard shipping service through PostNord, the Swedish national postal service.
Once the shipment reaches the destination country, it will usually be handled by the local postal service, such as USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post or Deutsche Post.

EU and UK: 4–8 business days
USA and Canada: 6–10 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8–14 business days
Rest of the world: 8–14 business days
Shipping for orders of $850 USD or more
Orders of $850 USD or more are shipped via DHL at no additional cost.
DHL shipments are fully tracked and insured. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

USA and Canada: 4–8 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 6–10 business days
Rest of the world: 6–10 business days
DHL Express upgrade
DHL Express is available at checkout for an additional $65 USD. This option is suitable for customers who would like faster delivery after production has been completed.
Estimated DHL Express shipping times
EU and UK: Approximately 1 business day
USA and Canada: 2–5 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 3–6 business days
Rest of the world: 3–7 business days
Please note that choosing express shipping does not shorten the production time. The estimated production time for each item is listed on its product page.
Wax Ring Try-On Models
Wax Ring Try-On Models have a separate flat shipping fee of $15 USD.
Wax models are shipped using our standard tracked shipping service after their 2–4 week production time has been completed.

USA and Canada: 6–10 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8–14 business days
Rest of the world: 8–14 business days
Wax models are delicate prototypes. Please handle the package carefully after delivery.
CAD Drawing Services
CAD Drawing Services are delivered digitally and do not require shipping.
Please allow 4–7 working days for the first CAD drawing to be prepared. The completed drawing will be sent electronically using the contact details provided with the order.
Customs and import taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees that may apply in their destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Domestic orders within Sweden
Domestic orders are shipped through PostNord and are normally delivered to the nearest service point for collection.
Delivery problems and redelivery
Please make sure that the shipping address provided with your order is complete and correct.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, the recipient’s absence or another reason outside our control, the customer is responsible for contacting the local carrier.
If the shipment is returned to us, please contact us as soon as possible. A redelivery fee will apply, and the order can only be shipped again after it has been returned to our studio.
