Centered by a 4 × 6 mm oval natural blue sapphire, Blair is accented with a round diamond on either side of the center stone. Fine milgrain detailing around the sapphire and diamond accents gives the setting its subtle vintage-inspired character while keeping the rich blue center stone as the focus.
