Custom Order Deposit

- A mandatory deposit of 150 US dollars is necessitated for all custom designs.
- Our CAD drawing services incorporate two iterative revisions, permitting clients the opportunity to refine the initial proposal.
- Please be advised that all deposits are non-refundable. These funds will be duly credited towards the final cost of your purchase.
- Each deposit covers one ring. For a two-piece set (engagement ring and wedding band), two deposits are required.
Please allow 4–7 working days for your CAD drawing to be prepared.
Customization
We can customize most existing designs or create a ring from scratch. Whether you’d like a larger center stone, a specific gemstone that isn’t listed on our website, a different size, or other special details, please fill out our Custom Design Form with your idea and we’ll be happy to help.
Production & Shipping
Your order is prepared especially for you. Production times vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. For physical items, shipping begins once production is complete. Please visit our Delivery Information page for available shipping methods and estimated delivery times.
